Norm's Nemesis player Darryl Sydor (D) DAL has been ruled an ineligible player by the league commissioner. His signing on Nov 17th - one day after he was traded from PIT to DAL - should not have been allowed by the Commissioner since Norm had the Rights to PIT, but not DAL. Rather than have the rest of the league suffer as a result of the Commissioner's oversight, the signing of Nov 17th has been declared null & void and Sam Gagner (F) EDM has been reinstated to the team.

In place of Sydor, points from farm players that were part of up/down transactions involving Sydor have been counted instead. The effect on the standings is that Norm loses 1 point.
